Works better than any other brand advertised as treating dry eye. Most others do not contain 1% carboxymethylcellulose, so they never last as long or are as effective as the Liquigel. This is soothing and gives quick relief to the sticking, burning and gritty sensations severe dry eye causes. It is expensive, but the best product available in my experience.
