SKU NUMBER: 128785The Mininimum EXP date on product:1Year.DESCRIPTION: Relief Redness Reliever Eye Drops 15Ml. MANUFACTURER: ALLERGAN. INDICATIONS: Relieves redness of the eye due to minor eye irritations. As a lubricant to prevent further irritation or relieve dryness of the eye. INGREDIENTS: Active Ingredients:Phenylephrine HCI (.12% - Redness Reliever), Polyvinyl Alcohol (1.4% - Eye Lubricant). Inactive Ingredients: Benzalkonium Chloride (0.005%), Edetate Disodium, Mono and Dibasic Sodium Phosphates, Purified Water, Sodium Acetate, Sodium Thiosulfate, Hydrochloric Acid (to adjust pH), Sodium Hydroxide (to adjust pH). DIRECTIONS: Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) up to four times daily. WARNINGS: For external use only. Overuse of this product may produce increased redness of the eye. Pupils may dilate in some individuals. Ask a doctor before use if you have glaucoma. Stop use and ask a doctor if you experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye, or if the condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours. To avoid contamination, do not touch tip of container to any surface. Replace cap after using. Do not use if solution changes color or becomes cloudy. Keep out of the reach of children.
