Wow, I highly recommend this product and this seller. I had the best night sleep since I can remember and I don't have to worry about toxic off gassing while I'm sleeping. I was thoroughly impressed with Professional Products. When I thought I would have a delivery problem I e-mailed them. They immediately responded to my e-mail and tracked the progress of my delivery. When I e-mailed back that I had received it and was going to get another one for my husband, I got a call from Professional Products because I had mistakenly ordered the wrong one. I have been using this pillow for a couple of weeks now and I love it. The RMP is a good size- not too big or too small. I have not woken up with neck pain or a headache since I started sleeping on this pillow. I like that you can remove or add the millet as needed. The pillow was a little too thick for me and the first night I had a little bit of trouble getting comfortable. I removed about 2 cups of millet and it is now perfect. I used to toss and turn all night and was constantly having to reposition my pillow. I now wake up in the exact same position I fell asleep in! As a side sleeper, I buy several pillows every year since all the pillows I buy start too high then flattens out over time. My search is over: the Serenity Pillow has left me without neck pain since I've used it. The wool/cotton cover over the millet softens the firmness of the grain so it's not uncomfortable. There is a faint millet/grain smell but it doesn't bother me.
The only concern I have is the wool/cotton cover is fairly warm -- good during the winter months -- but I wonder if it will be too hot during the summer. Only time will tell.

Wonderful pillow, ordered one for myself then ordered one for my husband because he liked mine so much. After we had both I found mine wasn't firm enough, while my husband's was a little too firm so we took some of the millet filling out of his pillow and put it in mine, solved the problem now both pillows are perfect. Would definitely recommend this pillow to anyone that sleeps on their side and wants a nice supportive pillow.Customer Review: Best Pillow Ever!

Fell in love with this pillow and ended up ordering another one for the Mr. I let him borrow it for one night and missed it terribly. I had to take out some of the millet - I was able to adjust it so now it is "just right." (Love that I can add or remove millet to get it to where it is most comfortable for me.) Fast delivery, and the quality and craftsmanship is impressive. Worth the money.
