As a restaurant server, my feet hurt so bad from working night after night! I was hoping the Relaxor would do the job and it was just what the doctor ordered! The little reflexology nodes are the best, they get a good deep tissue effect, and it's heavenly when you roll your feet around on them to hit all the little spots. The heat is also a nice added touch. I've also hung it on the back or a chair for a back massage and that was great too - just be careful don't lean back into it until you've got it where you need it. It's also so nice that I sometimes just rub my feet over it when it's off for a light massage. It is a litle loud, and it does vibrate a lot, but (HELLO) all massagers do. The only other caveat is to wear socks, it's a little overwhelming on bare feet.
