I was searching for a product that contains dimeticone to replace the no longer produced Pacquin hand cream. Remedy works just as well, costs less, is available, does not feel greasy, and smells pleasant. Thanks for a good product that works! I am a dental hygienist and wash my hands repeatedly during the day and winter dry skin is a challenge with all the washing and glove use. My husband uses this for his psoriasis. It works as well as anything considering there is no cure for psoriasis! Even his prescription worked as well. The psoriasis goes away for awhile and then comes back.Customer Review: Greasy and sticky. Not what it's cracked up to be.

I'm the type who reads way too many reviews before purchasing a product. Amazon and other sites had reviews of this hand cream and said that it was the best - not greasy and didn't stick around on your hands. Turns out that it does. I returned the product and went to Trader Joe's instead and got a really good lavender hand lotion for half of the price. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
