Overall an incredible product. I just ordered one for my brother-in-law who is constantly complaining about his more expensive Wahl brand clipper. I have had mine for 3 years and use it at least twice a month and I have never had a problem with it pulling or tugging. I don't know about the complaints on attachments breaking as I only use the shortest setting with no guide but the blades stay sharp and cut clean and smooth. I would recommend also getting a Remington spray lubricant for clipper and shaver blades and applying every 3-4 times you use the clippers. I would highly recommend this product and if my clippers ever do wear out I will not even consider another brand beside Remington. This is probably the fifth or sixth clipper I've ever purchased (over 25 - 30 years) and it is easily the best. It is smooth and "whisper" quiet, unlike any I've experienced. The cut is a clean one; I've never had my hair get caught in the blades as I have with other models. I LOVE the fact that it does not need to be oiled. Based on my experience, I would have expected this to be a top-rated clipper. I was very surprised to see the relatively low overall score and the negative reviews. I have not had the problems that some have had with the combs, but aren't combs from other units interchangeable?Customer Review: Excellent product

Very easy to use. I have never used or own one before, but since I like my hair very short I though it could be a good investment. Since I bought it, more than 1 year ago, it has been flawless. Nice presentation, hard black plastic case, several guides combs, scissors, brush to clean it, etc. You do not need to lubricate the blades, it has no maintenance at all. Just plug it and is ready for the job. Clean cuts and after you have used it twice it has been paid for itself.Customer Review: HC-8017B

My 3 year old had freaked out every time I took him to get his hair cut and ever freaked out when I tried to clip it myself. I tried to use the "kid designed" clippers and they still flipped him out. We have used this clippers four times now and all four times my son proudly proclaimed afterwards, "I did not cry!", and he didn't. Very little vibration, but a very shard and smooth cut. Several guards to choose from. Best clippers we've ever used.Customer Review: Muy buena!!!

Silenciosa, casi sin vibración, es una excelente máquina de afeitar para propósitos personales. Lo mejor de todo es que viene que sus accesorios, no necesitas comprar más. Estoy esperando el año que viene para regalarle una a mi padre!!!
