For the price, it's hard to complain. The only drawback - and unfortunately this is a HUGE drawback - is that it totally lacks juice when it's being used free from an electrical connection. I have tried twice now to leave it charged for 24 hours only to find it die on me shortly after disconnecting the unit from the power source.
HUGE disappointment. But it works just fine plugged in.

I have 2 of these identical shavers. My old shaver was purchased new, and has metal mail shaving blades. This shaver has PLASTIC blades. I do not understand this. But beware.
