I've had this model shaver for... how long? 3 years, maybe? Or more? Something like that. I've been completely satisfied with it the entire time. (I didn't get the nose/ear trimmer with it.)
Particularly useful has been the pop-up small-section, for getting into little areas, like between the top of my lip and the bottom of my moustache.
I don't use it every day. Mostly just when I don't feel like shaving with a razor. And I've never replaced the screens or cutters. Now, after several years, I can feel that it irritates my skin a bit (as the user guide warns if you don't replace the screens and cutters every year or so), so I'm going to either replace the screens/blades or get a new one.
This is a great electric shaver and I'm glad I bought it.
I recommend it to anyone who isn't unreasonably persnickety. (Some guy in a previous review was complaining that it was too noisy, that the case was too big and "confusing" -- how confusing can a case be?, and it took him 10 minutes to clean it. C'mon... )
