This stuff works. Just like any drug, you'll quickly build a tolerance for it, so you can't use it very often if you want the most dramatic results. Most people who would buy this stuff would NOT be going through daily severe emotional trauma anyway.
But when you're feeling a negative emotion in its extremes (the more energetic ones like anger, worry, fear, or bewilderment/shock from a bad news), it'll completely even you out within a few minutes.
I once was worrying a lot about a situation that I couldn't really do anything about because I was so far away. So, I was sitting in emotional turmoil, and realized I bought this stuff a while back. I took a few drops and was feeling much more still, which is all I wanted.
Definite thumbs up!

I didn't think it would work at first but I was amazed. It's magnificent. I have an extremely high stress job and would have been wearing a straight jacket long ago without this product. Many of my friends and family are now also regular users of this product. Even my brother who didn't know what I was giving him or why the first time. (he trusts me and helps me test things like this a lot. You can never be sure it works until you take the placebo effect out of the equation right?) I also use it for my dog who has seizures. It has reduced her "down time" by more than half. I recommend Rescue Remedy often and adamantly.Customer Review: Calmed our high anxiety cat while traveling

We bought this as a last attempt to find something that would calm our very anxious cat while traveling in the car. We read that rescue shelters use it and they give the animals 2 drops. Our non-anxious cat was fine after having 2 drops (but he usually does okay anyway). However, the anxious one two drops did not help - over a period of about 1/2 hour we gave her around 8 drops. And during our 5 hour car ride, if she got upset again, we'd give her a couple more drops. This is the only product we have found that helps our cat calm down enough to travel. My dog Molly is terrified of thunder and lightning and there's plenty of it here in North Carolina. I tried a lot of things, including revising my own energy and response, but nothing really helped her when the boom-booms started. Her fear has caused us both to lose a lot of sleep while she burrows and wiggles and tries to get away from the noise. Finally bought Rescue Remedy and spread the drops on a dog cookie. It calmed her right down and she slept like a log that night. Ditto the next day. Believe me, it wasn't the cookie.Customer Review: This produst works.

I'm not going to rant and rave too much but just say, I decided to try after my sister used that for a while. Well, as someone who tried Xanex, I can honestly say that the Rescue remedy is now my first choice when experiencing some anxiety. It doesn't make me drowsy but at the same time, works pretty good within short time. I took it daily over a month for sleep problems and then went over a month without. Had no "addictive" simptoms. So I highly recomend this product. Life's never get too easy :)
