I purchased Rhodiola Root per my doctor's recommendation. I have been nervous due to my financial situation and uncertainty with my job. Although, both are not real problems as the finances are quite manageable, and the job is not going away. I guess I was just taking it too close to heart. After the doctor ran a few tests on me he concluded that I am under ongoing stress, and my adrenals are burning out. He suggested to start taking adaptogens, and Rhodiola Rosea was among his recommendations. I started doing that, and the relief was almost immediate. My situation has not changed, but my perception of it has. I am not as much worried as I used to be. I am better with my wife and kids, and I stopped waking up at night worrying about things that aren't worth it. I highly recommend this product as it helped my mind to take over the emotions and to stay cool.
