I use this to keep track of my weight watchers points, and it is great. My points reset every day at midnight, my weekly flex points reset when I reset them every week. I also used it to keep track of my water for the day when I needed to. It is small and discreet, and noone knows what I am using it for. I have told everyone that is on weight watchers with me, and they have them now too. I did have a problem trying to replace the battery on my old one. It shorted out right after I put in the new batteries, and I had to get a new one. I ordered 3, because they last a long time, and I dont want to be without it again.
