This cushion is made for wheelchair use, but we bought it for use in a recliner.
So far it works well and it does keep pressure off sensitive areas. We have a
friend who has one and who won't leave home without it. I think a smaller size
cushion would be better for travel, but this cushion is of good quality and
will help to prevent pressure sores.
