I have been suffering from red eye from a couple years now. I used to take redness reliever drops like Visine about 1-2 years ago but my eyes always turned more red. In the last year i've only taken lubricating drops and have had managed to somehow control my red eyes except late in the night or early in the morning.
After reading the positive reviews for this product I was really excited to purchase it and get rid of my red eyes so I can wear my contacts again and not worry whether my eyes were red or not.
I had some faint redness on my right eye and after applying the Rohto V drops, it immediately went away. However, within 1-2 hours the rebound redness struck and it becomes much more red than before. It has been more than a day and it is still red. This seems to be a problem with all redness reliever drops I've tried so this product may not work for you if other redness reliever products also make your eye more red.
The reason I gave it two stars instead of one is because the cooling feeling is nice but is ultimately useless in helping my problem. So after using one drop I am stuck with four bottles I cannot use because due to my naivity in believing this product could work.

Dunno..maybe I got a bad pack or soemthing..or am overly senseitive.
but damn..i just put this stuff in my eyes and my eyes welled up....felt like pouring mint drops on your eye...not really "cool" or refreshing..unless you like the feeling of your eyeballs being on fire.
I literally have tears runnign down my cheeks as i type this from the eyedrops.....tears..not eyedrop fluid.
BUT, after a minute or so..yes..they clear everything and it feels good...
but damn those first 30 seconds...shudder...
