I ordered this for my husband who, due to medical reasons, cannot lay flat to sleep. This was the perfect solution and he loves this thing! It keeps him elevated and he said it is very comfortable to sleep on. I would recommend getting the cover that goes over the entire wedge, as the cover that comes with it is just a little flat thing that covers only the top. Great help for someone who can't lay flat.
