Well most of us don't really know if we do until we wake ourselves up from snoring. I have sleep apnea and use a CPAP machine and was not getting results until three years later when I purchased this chin strap last May, I lost twenty-five pounds without trying! If you use the CPAP and your mouth opens while you sleep, air fills your stomach, causing you to feel bloated and look out of shape. Also, you will immediately feel the difference because you will not feel famished when you wake up in the morning because losing vital oxygen can make you feel like eating way more than you should first thing in the morning. This mask works wonders. Please look at the picture carefully so that you will put it on correctly. Feeling rested is really appreciated when you haven't slept well in years! I'm getting one for my aunt who has started to give up on her CPAP therapy. Don't give up! Try this chin strap with your CPAP mask. You will feel alive again.
