Salonpas was recommended to me over five years ago. I have severe arthritis in my knees. I don't believe taking medicine much for the pain in my knees. One day, out of desperation I needed something to relieve the pain since I was trying to shop with my niece which involved a lot of walking. I went into Walmart and purchased a box, placed the pads on both of my knees. Within 30 minutes I felt almost totally relief. I love these pads! Give them a try.
