I purchased this item for the kids to use, I was a little skeptical because I had read so much about them being inaccurate. I received the ear thermometer and used it on myself. It was accurate and very quick, another reason for the purchase. When you have a little one with fever, not only do they feel bad but you have to make them sit there until the digital is done. This one is great!
