My Doctor asked me to try Formula 303 because my muscles are always tight and spasmed. I prefer natural over synthetic medicine, so I was all for it. Still, even I couldn't believe the positive effects this medicine had for me within the first day I took it. The best effects are achieved when this product is taken regularly though. Formula 303 is one of the "gems" of natural prescription alternatives...along with St. John's Wort (depression), Saw palmetto (prostatic enlargement), and Feverfew (migraines). I personally used formula 303 while in chiropractic school for an episode of acute low back spasm. The effects we're great in conjunction with the typical chiropractic treatment. But watch out for the sedative effects (the valerian root effect). And yes, the product does stink, but don't worry, it's not gonna make you gag or have bad breath for the rest of the day.
