well...as soon as i put em on my shoes i feel a good relieve but after one day i started feeling a hard ball below my left foot. I stop using em after 3 days.
I dont want to put in the trash this products for other people cause IMO i would go first to the doctor to get a prescription on what kind of insoles exactly i should buy.....but fer so' i dont something wrong on my left foot.
