When I purchased the Sanvic Pulsatile Nasal/Sinus Irrigator earlier this month, it came with a two weeks supply of the premeasured buffered salt packets.
I'm a hypertonic person meaning the normal isotonic saline solution is inadequate, so I was a bit nervous as to how doubling up would be. It was great. And it was nice having the premeasured packets.
The really good news is when I shopped around and did some price comparisons, I found this was one of the best deals I could find, so a win/win.
