I bought this because it seemed cheaper then what I could find elsewhere. I'm always a little leery about supplements because I don't really know if they actually work. I still can't say if this is really helping either, but I can say I have had knee pain for a long time and after taking this for a few weeks, the knee pain is about gone. Coincidence? Perhaps. My knee still pops a little and gets stiff, but I can run again and there is no longer a constant pain. If I were to guess, I'd say it might work. it's worth a try. My pain is gone. I also take a multivitamin as well. This product is definitely worth 5 stars at this price.
