This is one of the cheapest ways to get a good night's rest. I was always skeptical of Melatonin. I never was sure if it really caused me to become sleepy at night, but I have been taking Melatonin almost every night for about three weeks, and it does seem to affect me. I don't believe it works as quickly as it's advertised. It is supposed to cause drowsiness after twenty minutes of consumption, but it usually takes about forty minutes to make me sleepy. Most sleeping aids sold in stores usually take longer than twenty minutes to affect me. If you have ever compared prices on sleeping aids, you will agree that this is the least expensive available, because you only have to take one of these Melatonin tablets to get to sleep.
