I don't know if "they" will allow me to say this but here goes: Schiff is one of only two companies that uses food to make their vitamins. So you are actually nourishing your body. All other vitamin companies use pharmaceutical laboratories to simulate a vitamin, it is not a real vitamin, it tries to fool the body but you get no value at all from those pseudo vitamins, the body does not get better, it is not being nourished.
This formula is very good and, of course, is the only brand I will use.
