I really hope 3M makes this product available again. I am a collector of rare VHS tapes and intend to keep my VCRs as long as possible. I've tried just about every VCR cleaner on the market and this was my favorite- the tape path cleaning got rid of a tape line at the top of the screen that no other cleaner was able to do. It cleans without solvents too, so it is kinder to your VCR and won't wear it down. If you look around, you may be able to still find this cleaner somewhere.
