Description of Seals - For Standard Opening Crimp-Top Vials, National Scientific - Model C4011-37 - Model C4011-37
Crimp-top vials have a narrow neck compatible with 11mm aluminum seals and 5mm inserts. The conical cavity allows maximum retrieval of contents with a syringe. All vials are manufactured from borosilicate glass, except for vial 66011-240, which is a Glastic plastic vial with a fixed glass 150uL insert. Vial 66030-158 is a glass MicroVial vials for limited volume applications. Flat-bottom MicroSerts inserts are made of clear, borosilicate glass. These inserts are custom fit for standard opening, 2mL volume, 12x32mm vials. Flat-bottom construction optimizes the depth of the vial. Conical-style Polyspring inserts are available in borosilicate glass or polypropylene.
