My first impression of this product came from the smell, which is very apparent before you open the box. It is a spicy, peppery smell. It do not smell any eucalyptus or lavender at all on this product. The only way I can think to describe it is spicy, and like I said, like pepper.
They do not leave any scent on your clothes and they do not soften your clothes. To me, it seems that they do not work at all.
I have had the box of these for about a week and it seems that the whole box no longer has any scent. I used to be able to smell it when I was just passing by the laundry area, but now even if I pick the box up and smell it, there is no scent at all.
I do not recommend these to anyone as they do not work by any means.

In theory these dryer sheets are a wonderful idea
however i so was hoping for more with them.
They do not work well for static cling.
I tested them on the kids load of fleece pajamas and they failed at keeping them static free.
The scent is very overpowering on the sheet but i found the clothes do not end up smelling nearly as strong
so that is a good thing.
I so wanted to be able to give this product more stars but it just did not work well.
I will use them on the towels and socks but that is about it.

I'm all for going green -- I clean with vinegar, make my own soft scrub, so I think I've earned my stripes as an eco-housekeeper. But going green is pretty useless if the products you use aren't effective. These dryer sheets are a prime example. They don't reduce static cling, don't have any scent, and certainly don't soften my laundry. When I caught myself using them and my regular dryer sheets, I realized it was time to really recycle them -- in the nearest trash can. Don't waste your money.Customer Review: "nothing but paper"

I am very, very, very disappointed in these dryer sheets. I ordered them for the eucalyptus and lavender scent. Why else would I order and pay shipping for a product I could buy much cheaper from the grocery store. There is NO fragrance. I even put a sheet in 2 ounces of water and boiled it to see if high heat would bring out the scent. It smelled like wet newspaper. I sure can't recommend this product.
