Many natural cleaning products, unfortunately, don't work. This one has been a definite exception for us.
We have very, very, (did I mention VERY) hard water. Only one or two types of dishwasher detergent work (Cascade tabs and the Seventh Generation tabs), and we HAVE to have a good rinse agent. Many of them have left a disgusting film all over our dishes (most obvious on the plastic). This does not. It works beautifully. One bottle lasts us close to two months of running the dishwasher approximately once a day.
