Customer Reviews of Showerbreeze, Chrome, 3 Foot HoseCustomer Review: Truly Clean Teeth! Summary: 5 Stars
Trying to maintain dental prophylaxis preventing disease by keeping the teeth and mouth free of food particles and plaque becomes more difficult the older we get. Bruushing and flossing doesn't quite get all of the particles so water jets seem to be a better method.
The sink top water pik versions are problematic; the self contained handheld ones don't have the jet power needed and the tiny reservoir needs to be constantly refilled; the large ones tethered to a tank are bulky and require care to not spray the pik's stream all over the bathroom.
The ShowerPik is ideal. You use it while you shower. Connected to the house water supply, the ShowerPik has all the pressure one needs to really clean teeth. The variable valve is easily installed between the water supply and the shower head letting the user (1)keep showering while diverting water to the Pik, (2)use only the Pik or, (3)turn it off to complete showering. Some experimentation with the valve is needed to find the right pressure for your needs. Warning! Make sure you turn the ShowerPik valve off when you finish the shower.
The ShowerPik is not safe for little children because of the power of the stream and amount of water released.
I highly recommend the ShowerPik for its great utility and very affordable price.
Customer Review: Worth every penny! Save your gums and teeth! Summary: 5 Stars
This product is freaking sweet! I personally recommend the shower breeze because using it is a breeze. The cost is fantastic. I have used it for the last couple of weeks and use it daily and my dentist said my gum's look way better. When you decide you want a water pik type product try this one first. The customer service is awesome and they are super quick to help or answer questions. A+ people.
Update I had to visit my dentist again and happened to see my dental hygienist and she asked to see my gums which just shy of a month prior had been swollen and would bleed easily, even with gentle brushing, and especially when flossing. She said they looked great. The color was right and an infection i had in my gum right on my front tooth was way reduced and looked so much better. I still floss and brush my teeth. I shower and use the Showerbreeze daily as my wife does also then I rinse with Listerine. My gums dont hurt anymore when I eat, they dont bleed and the swelling is completely gone. So I use this in combination with Flossing brushing breezing and rinsing with mouth wash. Why? because my teeth and gums have never looked or felt better. How important is your dental health to you? Its one of the most important things to me and I LOVE the ease and comfort of using it daily. Thank you Oralbreeze
Customer Review: great for teeth and gums and more uses than advertised Summary: 5 Stars
I have used the Water Pik,owned two and each of them eventually developed weak pumps and became unusable.I bought an Oral Breeze because I liked the idea of having a mouth irrigator in the shower. It was shipped quickly and is simple to install.I didn't even need tools to take off the shower head and attach the Oral Breeze, then return the shower head in place. The company even send a small roll of plumbing tape for the pipe threads. The Oral Breeze is doing a tremendous job of cleaning my teeth and gums.My mouth has never felt so clean, even compared to the professional dental cleaning. The Oral Breeze, also, has removed all the old coffee stains, even those in the hard to reach spots behind the teeth and at gum lines.
Serendiptously,I found that the spray is the best shower stall grout cleaner I've ever seen, with or without the end attachment.I have, also, removed the end attachment, turned the water to a lukewarm trickle and used the Oral Breeze as one would use a "Nettie Pot"to clear the nasal passages, another successful use for this grat device.
Buy one for each shower, they are a steal at the price advertised, not to mention the money saved for gum and tooth disease as well as the other uses I have found.I'm saving a fortune not buying allergy meds.

Customer Review: Great product, but use it carefully Summary: 5 Stars
This is one of those products that make me wonder how I ever managed without one. I actually look forward to "showering" my gums with this device at the end of the day. I've never used a standard countertop oral irrigator, so I can't compare them, but one of the great things about the ShowerBreeze is that it gives you great freedom to move the nozzle around in your mouth and explore without worrying about the water flying everywhere. The pressure can be quite strong, which tickles at first, but you will eventually learn how to harness that energy. One caution: I found that spraying behind my rearmost bottom molars for a prolonged period seemed to dislodge or displace part of my gumline, or perhaps it caused (or cured?) an inflammation of the gum. In any case, this resulted in horrible, chronic halitosis until I stopped spraying back there for a week or so. The moral: It's possible to irrigate TOO aggressively with this thing and not even realize it because it feels so good. I use a more indirect approach now, like aiming the jet more at my teeth and letting the spatter irrigate my gumline. My only other complaint is that the whole hose thing is unsightly and looks like something you might find in a retirement home. But it gets the job done.
Customer Review: Get it now -- your gums will thank you Summary: 5 Stars
The ShowerBreeze is fantastic. It takes up very little space; it uses no electricity; it cleans the heck out of your teeth and gums; and it's so convenient that I use it every time that I shower.
The ShowerBreeze has become an important part of my regime (which also includes regular flossing, using interdental brushes, and using an Oral-B electric toothbrush). Even if you already take good care of your teeth and gums, you'll notice a benefit from the ShowerBreeze.
I should mention three things: First, if you have good water pressure, be very careful using this -- it produces such a concentrated jet of water that you might hurt yourself if you're not careful. Second, the wall mount for the tips is a little flimsy and is not what is shown in the product picture, but it's good enough. Third, make sure that it is fully installed and turned OFF when you first turn your shower on after installing it (otherwise you'll spray water all over your bathroom, as I did). Installation is easy.
