4 sprays in mouth before bed and on 1st night, no snoring, I have used 4 nights now and it is truly miraculous. I would not believe it, myself but it is true. Dr. Frank is a medical doctor and has formulated this homeopathic product with MSM. Anyway it is absolutely unbelievable. I have tried the nose strips, and several other things, it is so nice to wake and be in same room with husband, as neither of us left the room due to my snoring.
