All I can say is, "wow..." This thing rocks! My girlfriend is going to college pretty far away from home, and even when she's on break it's still a haul to get out to see her or to have her come out and see me. This just about makes up for it though, but shhhhh! don't tell her I said that ;-)
It's easy, convenient, and incredibly intense. When you're done empty it, turn it inside out, wash it with warm soapy water, and let it air dry. They say it's "disposable," but the reality is you can use these things over and over and over again. Now Tenga is selling their "egg lotion" for repeated use of these things, and we all know that's just water based lubrication in an egg shaped container. The point I'm trying to make is just wash it and take care of it and it'll take care of you...
All in all I'd have to say I'm very pleased. I've tried other toys before. I've tried sleeves and even had a fleshlight. The fleshlight in particular was a nightmare. It was tough to clean and I didn't find it to be very realistic at all, that and the valve at the end had no sweet spot and made this awful slurping sound the whole time. This on the other hand is very easy to clean and maintain, and when you finally wear it out it's only $6 instead of $75 or $80. If you're looking for something that's a cut above the rest and won't put a dent in your wallet get this. You won't be disappointed.
