This stuff does the job that it says it will do. Yeah, you could make it yourself for a small fraction of the price, but this is nice and convenient, pre-measured, and travels well.
Why did I buy this brand? It came with the neti pot I ordered and it works. As far as I know, the others are just as good, but this is the brand I used.
The reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that you can make your own saline solution with a pure salt and a buffering of sodium bicarbonate. Both are readily available and nearly dirt-cheap. If I start using a lot of this stuff I will probably mix it up myself.

I tried this for about 2 weeks but my allergy symptoms are still same. Sometimes I feel like my stuffy nose problems gets worse after I try saline solution. I would not recommend this for stuffy nose problem.Customer Review: Do not buy

DO NOT BUY.
Product came heavily damaged. Many of the packets were ruptured from being crushed. Save yourself money and just buy the two ingredients locally and measure them out yourself.
