The plastic is thin and more of the solution leaks out the side than the opening at the end and does not create enough pressure because of the soft , cheap , thin plastic used. I through away after two uses and the salt packets are not lined or waterproof like NeilMed packets are it was a waste the NeilMed NasaFlo or Sinus Rinse 100 % better.Customer Review: Do not buy it unless you have strong hands

I bought two packages of SinuCleanse Squeeze Nasal Wash Kit, and have been using it for a month. It works fine only if you can close the bottle tigtly, and it turns out to be a very difficult task. If there is small air leakage, then it does not work.
