This ia great product! I had lost my sense of smell thanks to a product with intranasal zinc. I got it back after two days of using sinus buster. It also assisted in clearing up my sinus infection. It is painful, but well worth the momentary pain. Works great!!

I tried SinusBuster after the positive experiences of a close friend. He has suffered from sinus headaches for many years (experiencing Migraine-like symptoms at times). This product was recommend to him by one of the doctors he visited in his search for a solution.
My sinus issues aren't as serious, but are nonetheless troubling. I get sinus congestion to the point where not only is it difficult to breath, but it also affects my ability to be at my best mentally.
SinusBuster does the trick for me in dealing with this problem. I've been using the product for close to 2 years now. It continues to be very effective and I show no signs of habits related to the product (addiction), or developing an immunity to it.
Does it sting? Yes, it does. But if you can't handle it, I'd say you need toughen yourself up. You only have to tolerate it for a minute at most. Big deal. It's totally worth it for the sinus relief that results. You may even cry a little from the reaction, but I think that's good because you're really flushing out your head.
I usually do 2 sprays up one nostril and sniff it in deep. Then after the initial sting subsides, I do the same to the other nostril (holding the other one closed when I do this, of course). As I breathe the spray in, I have my head tilted back as much as I can, to suck it in deeply.
Usually at this point I need to get rid of some of the nasal crap that is worked loose. This is the part that some people find gross, and I don't love it, but I enjoy getting this snot stuff out of my head. So I snort in deeply and get that junk out of my sinuses and into my mouth and then spit it out.
I dare say that the people who aren't getting relief from SinusBuster aren't doing this part. Or they aren't spraying enough of it into their nose, or aren't breathing it in deeply enough, because they haven't trained themselves to live with the sting. You can certainly use this product with a single spray on each side and enjoy some freer breathing.
But I really think it works best when you use more sprays and inhale it as deeply as you can. For me, this reaches the deepest areas that are causing me trouble. So after a first round of using the spray as outlined above, I then do another round of spraying and snorting and spit out some more nasal junk. On days when I'm really stuffed up, I will do a third round.
My wife hates the snorting sounds I have to make to get the nasal crap out. I don't blame her. If I could have the same effect without the ugly sound, I would. But it's the only way I have found to really get the crap out and I have to get it out, in order to truly have lasting free breathing. So I use a practice of doing this in a bathroom on a different floor from where she is at the time, and with the door closed. The process takes at least 5 minutes, but again it's really worth it.
The great thing about SinusBuster is that the effects are not temporary. I actually find that I can breathe better 20 minutes after using the product, than I do immediately after using it. And the effect lasts for a long time.
I do wish that I could buy larger bottles of this product, because I go through them quicker than I'd like. I suspect I'm spending about $150 a year on SinusBuster, which is acceptable, considering what I get in return. (But this stuff can't be that expensive to manufacture and I hop the price comes down as their sales volumes grow.)
Could I be using a netipot and getting as effective an solution for less money? My mother thinks so. But I like this product because I feel like it's truly triggering my sinuses to perform a natural flush. Plus, I can use it anywhere, if I need to. I'm not about to carry around a neti pot with me everywhere.
It could be a coincidence, but since starting to use SinusBuster, I believe I am experiencing fewer Upper Respiratory Infections. Which is wonderful, because I usually get them several times a year.
I honestly believe that everyone who suffers from nasal congestion should give this product a try. Yes, it does sting upon initial use. If you can't appreciate "no pain, no gain" then stick to the sissy product you're using now, or just live with your suffering. The rest of us will buck up and deal with the brief discomfort, because it's totally worth it to get long-lasting free breathing.
I mentioned addiction above and I have seen first hand how a friend of my has to use an Afrin-type product constantly, in order to breathe freely. I don't think she can go longer than 45 minutes without having to sniff that stuff. She is totally addicted and even though she knows it, she has made no effort to break the cycle. I have pushed her to try SinusBuster, but so far it hasn't worked. If the description of her habits sounds like you and you're thinking about pepper nasal spray, you really should give it a try. I believe you'll free yourself from an unhealthy addiction and experience longer periods of free breathing.
