Okay guys here is the deal, this only works if you handle it correctly. That means, take the four pills in the morning, say around 8am. The DRINK WATER! During the next hour I would drink at least 32 oz and by 10, 10:30 am I would have to go to the bathroom. It was not painful, just watery poop. Then at night take the pills and drink water again. However, I never had to get up in the middle of the night to use it.
You also don't have to take it every single day. If I knew that I had plans throughout the day, I did not take the pills and simply skipped a day.
This really worked for me, but because I don't eat junk food. If you eat greasy food, using this product is going to suck. I also went to the gym or did a daily walk/run at least every other day. This will really work for you if you DRINK a lot of water and do not eat junk food. I lost ten pounds in 4 weeks on this!
