I suffered from bad breath for as long as I can remember. Brushing my teeth at least twice a day and flossing at least once and using this mouthwash, I feel my bad breath is going away slowly. I used to brush my teeth twice a day, floss at least once a day, and use mouthwash primarily in the morning like Scope or Listerine. That stuff worked for like 5 minutes tops and then my bad breath returned. All that stuff does is mask the bad breath for a little bit, then it comes back. It really is a waste of money. This stuff is more expensive, but you have to trust me and read the other reviews that it really does work. It makes me feel alive again after getting rid of horrible breath. I have literally tried everything to get rid of it. I even went to the dentist and asked them why I have bad breath and they said from not flossing and not brushing my tongue. But I flossed at least once a day and brushed my tongue at least once a day and it still was bad. I am not sure how new this product is that they didn't recommend it, but it really works. So, read all the reviews, watch a few youtube videos on this stuff and then try it. If you've tried everything to get rid of that horrible breath that your afraid to get near someone with, try this. Stop wasting your money on tongue scrapers and bad mouthwashes like I did and just get this. It is still good to brush your tongue though. Good luck!
