Greatly reduced my dependency on nicotine, but does nothing to reduce the "habit" part of smoking. I can go much longer without smoking after using this for a few weeks. Now I refuse to smoke without it.

Each pack of Smokeeze cigarette filters contains 30 small plastic filters that fit on the end of a standard or 100s size cigarette (will not accomodate slims). Each filter is good for 4-6 cigarettes. Removes up to 90% of the tar and nicotine without changing the taste. Easier breathing and more energy may be the benefts after one week. After 1 month your morning cough may be reduced.
