When ordering this product I expected the pads to be similar to the Smooth Away pads which I have used faithfully over the past year. Unfortunately, the pads were not the same in the least bit. They did not stick like the Smooth Away brand in stores. After one use I had burn marks on my face and arms. Wouldn't order this product again.Customer Review: Not the same as the original

These pads are NOT the original pads. They are obviously made by some other company. They work OK, but they have no tab so it is very difficult to get the sticky paper off. Why doesn't Smooth Away sell the real thing? And it's unacceptable to advertise as the Smooth Away pads when it appears that they are not the real thing.Customer Review: NOT smooth away brand

I didn't read other reviews and ordered this product. It says Smooth Away Hair Removal, but it's not Smooth Away. The pads are different and rougher and don't stick as well. The Smooth Away name is absent from the product. They will work okay, but not as well and the pads may fall off.Customer Review: Pads were not original Smooth Away brand

The pads are for Smooth Away, but are not the orignal pads that come with the Smooth Away package, those are by 3M. These pads are considerably lower quality.
