I have try using 3 alarms at the same time include a boom box Radio that with the volume set to the highest(my neighbor can hear it)but I still don't hear them when sleep(or I'll hear it couple hours later). This sonic Boom vibrate with the alarm sound together is working for me, I place it under my pillow area, first the vibrating will wake half of me then I'll hear the annoying loud alarm sound, I set it half an hour before my boom box turn on, so if I press the snooze or turn it off and fall back to sleep I still have a back up (I place my radio boom box far from my bed so I can't turn it off easily), so far this combination has not fell to wake me yet. I also plug it in the phone jack, now I can felt the phone ring. I also like the clock can use backup battery to operate (in case of power outage).
The clock is easy to setup, all button is layout in front, the alarm setting is on side, no need to reach back to do setup. with the 1-1/2" green digit is easy to see in dark.

As a profoundly deaf stay at home mom, I finally needed something to wake me up when my husband was out of town. This clock is a winner; I can't blame any school tardies on oversleeping! What I particularly like is that each method is optional. For instance, I rarely sleep with my hearing aids, so the loud alarm isn't necessary. What I do use is the bed shaker and the flashing light. Set simultaneously, I wake up instantly. It is not the most soothing way to wake up, but I don't have another choice. I read previous reviews that normal hearing people use it if they consistently oversleep; I left the alarm on accidently when my husband was home. Needless to say, he wasn't happy with me! I have not tried the telephone feature, so I cannot comment on that feature.

Being Deaf myself, I rely on alarm clocks to wake me up. Since I have been traveling a lot out of the country, I bought portable alarm clocks to help me wake up in the mornings (I use two to wake me up). Unfortunately, it's not as strong as this one but while portable alarm clocks do serve its purpose for traveling/going abroad, this is the best one to have at home. After experiencing some PLUG in vibrating alarm clocks (failed after a short time, or problems with the clock itself or the vibrator dies...), this one is the BEST so far. My Deaf brother has had this for a long time, so I purchased the exact one for my other Deaf brother! I plan to buy my own soon!Customer Review: Its Great!

I bought this clock hoping that it would wake me unlike other clocks. We use to set 9 alarms every night. I am not joking. We have 3 cell phones and 3 alarms on each, AND we still slept through them all! We are working college students, so it is hard for us to stay up late studying and go to work or class the next morning. The clock was delivered Monday, and it wakes us up!!!! The clock is not as loud as I hoped, but it works great with the bed shaker. We have a 12 to 14 inch mattress and it still vibrates it with two people on the bed. I like the combination of the sound with the vibration. There so annoying together it wakes us up every morning!Customer Review: The BEST Alarm Ever!

I shopped and shopped for a great alarm.. and I finally found it. I love how many awesome features it includes. The alarm can be turned up.. and the tone changed... The vibrator is great for when I need to be up and my man is still asleep. I also love the phone feature. It's fantastic because if the alarm is set for any time, it will go off when the phone rings.. whether it is time for the alarm to go off or not. Now sometimes, that's not such a great thing, so I have to unplug it. However, it has been wonderful for my home business. Now I can vacuum the floor and still hear the phone. I seriously recommend getting one.
