This clock alarm is the best that is out there. My daughter who is in college is a very hard sleeper, nothing and I do mean nothing except shaking her for 5 minutes can wake her up. When I saw this alarm clock, I thought it might be what she needed. Well, this alarm clock is everthing it claims to be and more. The Shaker's vibration is so strong it woke my daughter up immediately. I could not believe that I finally found something to wake her up. Now she no longer misses classes or is late thanks to the Alarm Clock with Shaker. I would without a doubt, 100% recommend this to anyone who has a hard sleeper in their life.Customer Review: Good W/Earplugs

I have to wear earplugs in the early morning hours in order to sleep through my crazy neighbor's blaring surround sound w/extra booming bass... that starts at 5:30 and ends at 7:45 when he's off to work... just as I'm getting up. With my old digital alarm clock, I would never hear it with my foam earplugs in, even when it was six inches from my head. The sonic boom is load enough to hear through the earplugs and if that doesn't work, the vibrator should arose you. It fits nicely in the corner of your pillow case. I now can put my noisy neighbor on ignore and not worry about being late for work.Customer Review: Solved our problem!

I got the Sonic Boom alarm clock for my 11-year-old son, who hears perfectly but wouldn't wake up with even the loudest, most annoying alarm clock I could find. His alarms would wake me up across the house, and I'd have to go shake him awake! Since we got the Sonic Boom for him, he has not failed to wake up on time a single day in over 8 months. He sets it on silent/vibrate, so his alarm now makes no sound that carries to the rest of the house, so it doesn't wake up the rest of the family. I can't recommend this product highly enough! It solved our morning problem, and everyone is so much happier.Customer Review: It really works!

I have two teenager sons who can sleep through anything. I was telling a friend that I fear for them when they go off to college because to wake them today, I have to literally shake them to know they are awake. That's when she mentioned there really is a product that does that. I figured what have I got to lose.
I was very surprised to find that it really works. My sons like it because it gives them more independence, and I like it because there is a lot less nagging in the mornings. I highly recommend for anyone who has trouble waking someone - this did the job for us.

This alarm is so good! I am a heavy and lazy sleeper and this thing actually gets me out of bed when i use it. It can even wake my neighbors up if the vibrating piece falls on the floor close to the wall. Highly recommended.
Word of caution though. Don't forget to unplug it if you don't plan to be home when it's set to sound. It can really annoy your neighbors or pets. And turning off the volume will not turn off the alarm because the vibrating thing will still vibrate. So just unplug it. If you want the time and settings to be saved put a battery inside.
