I purchased this alarm clock for a family member who could not wake up after dozens of alarm clocks I highly recommend this product for someone who has trouble waking up. I have to say this do not use this if you have seizure disorders the strobe light caused a seizure when my family member did not have one in well over 7 yrs.Customer Review: not too bad

I thought the idea was fabulous so I got it for my daughter for Christmas. She is 15 and has hated it since the moment she opened the gift. She refuses to use it and thinks it is extremely ugly.
Update-My hearing impaired sister has the clock now and she uses the vibrating extension under her pillow and it actually wakes her up every morning without waking up the rest of the household.

The concept of this alarm clock is a great idea. The exterior of the product was attractively styled too. HOWEVER, I received a defective clock. The minute hand would not change the time on the clock. So I could not even set the time or alarm on this clock. The buttons on the clock are too small also.
