This is product is great if you take it when you feel a cold coming on. It helps relieve a sore throat or runny nose, by a drying effect from the zinc. This product is very hard to find in any drug store. We have used it for over 13 years. It does not compare to cough drops, because it actually has a lasting affcct on the mucous membranes.
