Customer Review: So much for useless customer service

On 06/16/2011 I called FootSmart 800-707-9928 and ask if I order the Sorbothane
Men's / Women's 3/4 Length RigidArch Insoles, will I be able to cut them down
to fit my wife who is size 5 shoe size? The customer service person I talked to
said "yes". After receiving them my wife tried them in her shoes and they were
to large.
You can not cut the Rigid polypropylene plate unless you use a power saw of
some type! So much for useless customer service.
