Difficult to set alarm and turn it off. Misleading in amount of sounds, actually many less than advertised because of how they count combinations. Less of the pleasant nature sounds, some actually quite irritating. All this is only disappointing because the price is so high.Customer Review: Poor design, broken in less than a month

I got this product for my son for the holidays and within 3 weeks it broke. he said he only used it a handful of times before it started freezing up and making funny noises, then just died completely. I thought it might have been just a dud unit, but I guess more people are having the same problem. what a poorly designed product. And for $150 the sounds were not even that great compared to most on the market.Customer Review: Questionable quality control

I don't typically review items I purchase through Amazon but it seemed important to mention the issues I had with this one. This Sound Therapy System only worked for about 2 hours. After that, all the speakers went dead and it would no longer produce any sound. Resetting the device had no effect. Be very careful if you're deciding to purchase this item. Stopped all sounds and radio reception in one month. Clock works but got it for the sounds to sleep by. Also the rain sound is more like static than rain. .. . quite disappointed and the PRICE!!!
