It was Saturday March 12, 2011 and I felt like crap, my stomach was hurting so bad I thought it was something I ate, but the next day i felt nauseous- by Tuesday i had cramps, sharp pains, headache and diarrhea i couldn't even work anymore. I stayed home close to the bathroom :( I tried ginger ale, green tea, crackers, pepto bismol and aspirin nothing worked. I turned to the internet and found I had a stomach virus known as Stomach flu (adult Rotavirus) that last up to
8 days and it is contagious. So i got this from somebody. By Sunday March 20th I was so tired of being sick to my stomach and running to the bathroom. My daughter had these Source Naturals APPLE CIDER VINEGAR tablets and I remember my uncle saying vinegar helps settle the stomach, so I took 1 with my lunch and OH MY GOODNESS within 1 hour i could feel the nausea lift away, my stomach didn't have the bubblies anymore and i didn't feel so tired and worn out. One of the guys that saw me before lunch said "you don't look so good", then he saw me later after I took the 1 ACV pill he said "you must be feeling better because you look better" I owe it all to Apple Cider Vinegar, I will continue to take them because they are good for soooo many things in the body and the skin. Try them, just try them, they work!!!!
