I have tried other fish oil products, and flax seed oil also; each time I have had stomach problems. As a last resort I read about this brand, and that they are 500mg instead of 1000mg or more, and decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did, have had no stomach problems, there is no fishy taste, and it does seem to help decrease the inflammation I experience with my auto-immune disease. As some of the other reviewers stated, I also order using Prime, which decreases the amount of travel time in the heat. I hope Amazon continues to offer this product!
