I have tried DLPA before, a different brand from a retail source, so I know it helped take the edge off my arthritis. Source Naturals arrived promptly, in very good condition, performed just as the the retail tablets had done, and at a much better price. I ordered this as a weight loss supplement as per an article I read in a health magazine. Although I had to quit taking it within a few days because it made me have terribly difficult bathrooming sessions. Something that has never happened to me before. And I also struggled with a little bit of depression while taking it. I did like the fact that it came in tablet form rather than gelatin capsules and so forth. But I do suggest being careful with this supplement, I think the brand itself is a good one. But I just couldn't handle it.
