I'm a skeptic by nature and don't believe in a lot of the herbal remedies people throw around but I can honestly say that GABA Calm works. I was so anxious I almost called the Doctor to be put on an antidepressant but stumbled upon this product. I noticed a difference not long after the first does but wasn't sure if it was a placebo effect or not. Well one month later I can say with confidence that it's still working. The only side effect I noticed as a little sleepiness (not a bad thing really) and some vivid dreams that went away after 4 days. Still cannot believe something so benign can work this well. I'm glad i did not get on the SSRI rollercoaster.Customer Review: I LOVE this!

This form of GABA is superb. I always notice a difference. It's helped to calm me down, to control mood swings, and to help with insomnia. It can even help curb your appetite.
My tips:
Take anywhere from 1-3 a day.
Take it sublingually - under your tongue and allow it to dissolve by itself.
Try to take it before a nap or close to evening time.
As with all amino acids, try to avoid other forms of protein or amino acids 20 minutes or so before and after taking this.

This product works well. I wouldn't say it made a huge change, but I do notice a difference when I use it. I never had a problem with anxiety until I hit menopause and this is one of the few natural products I found that actually works for me. I use it during the day and notice a calming effect within fifteen or twenty minutes after using it. The tablets last a long time under your tongue and the pepermint flavor is refreshing.
