Background info here....I am a 49 yr old caucasian female in the Sacramento area. I have never had children, but I do have severe fibroids, enlarged uterus and am scheduled for a full hysterectomy in 2 months. Just 2 weeks ago I started having hot flashes (just out of the blue, literally). I thought I had the flu! LOL!!! I had no idea these were hot flashes! But, OMG, they were just AWFUL! Kept waking me up at night. I started wearing t-shirts under my clothes so I could immediately tear down to my t-shirt because the heat was so intense! I couldn't understand how ANYONE in their right mind would want to live with this sheer torture. So, just 2 weeks into this I knew there had to be another way....a BETTER way, to live (because this wasn't living if you asked me!).
Sure enough, I went to my trusty favorite, Amazon!!!, and found this alternative. I decided to see if my local health food store had a smaller bottle for less, because who knows what will and won't work, right?! I picked up a one month supply for $20 and began taking them less than 48 hours ago. (Amazon is again less expensive; 2 month supply for $24)
Well, here it is 4pm in the afternoon and I had ONE, yes just one, very mild hotflash. I was having 10 a day, plus off and on all night. I do need to mention that I am taking these in conjunction with 20 drops of Sage extract in a water bottle 3 times daily (Amazon sells it too....Sage Extract by Herb Pharm, 1 oz for $7.51....I paid over $11 at the health food store!) and between the 2 products they are SAVING MY LIFE!!! Maybe they'll save yours too~
