I bought this to get my blood pressure down. I was in the 140's to 150's systolically speaking, and now, with no lifestyle change besides adding this supplement, I'm usually at about 124 over 74. That's not amazing, but it's pretty good, and I don't have to take Diovan anymore.
I expect to keep using this product indefinitely. It's an inexpensive way to help insure against having a stroke, aneurysm, or renal failure. And, yes, it's a big pill, but I haven't had any problem getting it down.
