I started getting canker sores when I was about 8 or 9. Finally in my 20's I heard about Lysine. It works like a charm. My canker sores got so bad that I couldn't eat and even got them on the tongue. Take 500 mg during the day and another 500 mg around diner. Your sores will disappear with 48 hours. I heard it works with herpes too.Customer Review: Great product! Fast acting and easy to swallow!
